Who is Officer Saathi for?

There are three membership types: Government Officers, Elite Professionals, and Next Generation. Elite Professionals includes salaried professionals earning ₹50 lakh or more and business owners with turnover of ₹5 crore or more. Next Generation is for adult sons and daughters of verified officers through a family referral. Every application is reviewed.

Is this only for finding a life partner?

No. You can state whether you are here for marriage, professional connections, friendship, or people in your city. Your intention helps give each introduction its context.

What does verification involve?

You choose your membership path, provide the relevant service or professional evidence, and complete the identity and selfie steps shown in the app. A person reviews your application. The documents required depend on your path.

Is the app free? Can I buy Credits?

Free for the first 500 users. The app currently has no subscriptions or in-app purchases. Credits are earned through eligible activity and allowances in the app. They cannot be bought, have no cash value, and can be used for features such as priority introductions and Spotlight.

How is my information encrypted?

Traffic between the app and our servers is protected by TLS. Stored data and files are encrypted by our infrastructure provider. Chats are encrypted in transit and at rest, but are not end-to-end encrypted. A small number of authorized staff may access a specific conversation to investigate a report, answer a support request, or comply with legal process.

Who can see my profile or contact me?

The member directory is inside the reviewed community, not on the public website. Your sign-in phone number is not displayed on your profile. A direct conversation opens after a connection request is accepted, and you can block or report a member.
