06How long we keep your data
This table is section 8 of the Privacy Policy, “How long we keep it”, as written there. The section numbers in it refer to the policy. Read it in the Privacy Policy.
| Data | Kept until |
|---|---|
| Your profile, photos, voice intro, preferences, connections, ledgers, Circle content, ratings, streak, screenshot records, support threads | You delete your account |

| Pending requests | 7 days if unanswered |
| A website waitlist entry (name, mobile, email, date of birth, gender, how you'd join and the answers that go with it, including any parent or referee details, and any documents and photos uploaded with it) | You ask us to remove it, or it becomes part of your account when you join the waitlist or apply in the app with the same verified number, and is deleted with your account |

| Call-back requests (section 3.10) | 30 days after the request |

| Your website sign-in, saved guides, likes, comments, poll votes and email-update choices | You ask us to remove them, or you delete your account. Our team may remove a comment that breaks the Community Guidelines |
| Crash reports and analytics | Our providers' standard retention |
Deleting your account (section 9) removes everything in the first three rows at the time of the request, not after a waiting period. We may keep a minimal record that an account existed and was deleted, and records we are legally required to retain (for example, a report we have referred to the police).
