Apply in the app, or save your place
Download Officer Saathi for iPhone and sign up with your mobile number. Not ready yet? Join the waitlist on this site with the same number, and keep your place when you sign up.
Get verified by a person
Upload one document that shows you qualify, confirm who you are on DigiLocker, and take a short selfie. A person reads it all, usually within a few days, and you get a notification either way.
Say what you’re here for
Work contacts, friendship, marriage or people in your city, or any mix. Every request you send shows it, so nobody has to guess why you wrote.
Meet verified members
Pick of the Day brings one member each morning after 07:00 IST. Discover lets you filter by service, city, industry and more, with 12 requests a day. On Live, see who is free to meet in your city.
Both of you say yes
A request becomes a chat only when the other person accepts. Before that, they see two photos, a headline and the basics. Say “Not now” and you’re hidden from each other for seven days; they’re never told.
Talk in private
Voice notes, stickers, view-once photos, chat themes and games built into every chat. Work chats add tools to ask for help, plan a coffee or make an introduction.
Belong to something smaller
Circles are rooms of about thirty members, one topic and a fresh question every morning, each with its own group chat.

Every one of these leads to the same place: a request the other person can accept or decline.
Pick of the Day
One member picked for you, each morning.
After 07:00 IST each day, one member is picked for you from what you wrote in your profile. It doesn’t carry over: miss it, and tomorrow brings someone new.
Discover
Browse members. Every one checked.
Filter by role, service, cadre, batch, city, industry, what people are looking for and more. You get 12 requests a day, so each one counts.
Instant Meetups
Free right now? See who else is.
Say you’re free for 1, 3, 6 or 12 hours, until midnight, or any time up to 48 hours. People see your city, never your exact spot, and a chat opens when they accept your meetup request.
Warm introductions
Introduce two people you know, if both agree.
In a work chat, suggest one of your other connections to the person you’re talking to. It goes ahead only if both of them say yes.
Second Look
Bring back someone you passed on.
Undo a pass free within 60 seconds. After that, bring them back within 48 hours for 1 Sitara, and they’re never told.
Spotlight
Be seen first, for a few Sitaare.
Put your profile in front of every member for 30 minutes to 3 hours. It costs 3 to 10 Sitaare, which you earn in the app and never buy.

Sitaare: earned, never bought.
Sitaare make a request stand out. You get one free each week and earn more by taking part.
- Earn them by finishing your profile, making connections, writing in Circles and coming back day after day.
- Spend them on a priority introduction, a Second Look or a Spotlight.
- They can’t be bought, transferred or cashed. Group A officers have unlimited Sitaare.

And if something feels wrong.
Block or report anyone from a chat or a profile. A person reads every report.

Reports are confidential and go to a real person; the other member isn’t told who reported them. Blocking removes the chat for both of you.
A quiet cooldown
Decline, and you’re both hidden for 7 days.
Declining, unmatching or blocking hides you from each other everywhere for 7 days. Choose "No, never" to make it permanent.
Pause your profile
Take a break without losing your chats.
Pausing hides you from Discover, Search and Pick of the Day, and shows you no one new. Your chats and requests stay just as they are.
Delete your account
Gone at once, from inside the app.
Deleting your account removes your profile, connections, chats, documents and photos straight away. There’s no waiting period.

As long as a person needs to read your document, your selfie and your DigiLocker details, usually a few days. You get a notification either way, and nothing about your application is decided automatically.
