Serving officers of the IAS, IPS, IFS, IRS and the other top (Group A) services.
Who can join
25 or older- A serving Grade A officer
- IAS, IPS, IFS, IRS or another Group A service
- 25 or older
Documents you’ll need
- One proof of service: a service ID card, a posting or appointment order, a salary slip, or a certificate from your department
Everyone also confirms who they are on DigiLocker, takes a quick selfie, and a person checks it all.

One person each morning, and why.
After 07:00 IST each day, we pick one member for you, with a short note on why you two should meet. Miss it, and tomorrow brings someone new.
Instant Meetups
Free right now? See who else is.
Say you’re free, for an hour, until midnight or up to 48 hours. People see your city, never your exact spot, and a chat opens when they accept your meetup request.
Network tools
Common ground, ask or offer, and coffee.
In a work chat, see what you have in common, ask for advice or offer help, suggest a time for coffee, or introduce someone you both should know.
Circles
Small groups, one topic, a question each morning.
About thirty members, one topic, usually for four weeks, with a new question at 07:00 IST. Anyone can read any Circle; to answer, ask for a seat, and hold up to two at once.

Invite your grown-up children to join.
Share an invite code from the You tab, then confirm in the app that your son or daughter used it. You get 2 Credits when they’re approved.

The app blocks screenshots and screen recording. Each attempt is logged, and the person sees a confidentiality notice.

Which services qualify?
Serving officers of the IAS, IPS, IFS, IRS and the other top (Group A) services.
Will other officers see my profile outside the app?
No. Profiles exist only inside the app, and only members see them. Your phone number is never shown, and screenshots are blocked.
Can I invite my son or daughter?
Yes, from age 22. Share an invite code from the You tab, then confirm in the app that it’s them. They’ll need a birth certificate naming you, and you get 2 Credits once they’re approved.
Is this a government service?
No. Officer Saathi is an independent service operated by Vizibly Technologies Private Limited. It is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, the Government of India or any government department.
