What every application goes through.
Proof you qualify
Officers show one document from their service. Professionals show one document that proves they qualify. Sons and daughters show a birth certificate, and a parent vouches for them.
DigiLocker
You confirm who you are on DigiLocker, giving permission on its own screen. We receive your name, date of birth, gender, address and photo exactly as the government holds them.
A selfie check
Look straight at the camera, then copy two poses picked at random. A reviewer matches it to your profile photos.
A person
Our verification team looks at your document, identity and selfie together, and decides.
Officer Saathi verifies four kinds of standing: government service, salaried income of ₹50L+, business turnover of ₹5 crore+, or a verified member’s family referral. If you cannot verify through one of these paths, we’re not the right app for you.
Who you are

Everyone also confirms who they are on DigiLocker, takes a quick selfie, and a person checks it all.
Government Officers
Serving officers of the IAS, IPS, IFS, IRS and the other top (Group A) services.
- One proof of service: a service ID card, a posting or appointment order, a salary slip, or a certificate from your department
Elite Professionals
Doctors, lawyers, founders, business families and senior leaders who’ve done well.
- Salary: your Income Tax Return or payslips
- Business: GST returns and the business’s GSTIN
- Net worth: a certificate signed by your CA, with their ICAI membership number
- Recognised in your field: one credential and two referees
Next Generation
Grown-up sons and daughters of our officers and professionals, invited by a parent.
- A birth certificate with your parent’s name on it
- Your parent’s invite code or, if they aren’t on the app, their service or work details
Your data
What we keep, and who sees it.
- Only our verification team sees your documents, selfie and DigiLocker details. Members never do.
- Your selfie and DigiLocker photo are deleted 90 days after we decide on your application.
- Your other documents are kept until you delete your account, as the record of why you were let in.
- Delete your account from inside the app, and everything goes at once.
Encrypted on the way and in storage
Messages are protected on their way to our servers and while stored there. Chats are not end-to-end encrypted, so authorised staff can open a specific conversation to act on a report.

No. Officer Saathi is an independent service operated by Vizibly Technologies Private Limited. It is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, the Government of India or any government department.
